You’ll receive a professionally curated design package that depending on the package you select may include mood boards, colour palettes, furniture and décor selections, spatial planning, styling recommendations, shopping links, guidance and tips that support you to be your own interior designer when you're ready to implement. The benefit of e-design is that it provides you with everything you need to bring your vision to life, at your own pace. Your budget will depend on the scope of your project, what you already own, and the changes you’d like to make. You don’t need to have an exact figure before getting started — an approximate budget or comfortable spending range is enough.

We’ll use your budget to guide our recommendations, prioritising where it’s worth investing and where more cost-effective options can achieve the look you’re after.

Turnaround times vary depending on the package:

Design Consultation - summary within 3 business days after your consultation 

Finishing Touchers - 5-7 business days

Room Refresh - 7-10 business days

Make My Space Work - 10-14 business days

Small Room - 10-15 business days

Large / Open Concept Room - 15-20 business days

It's completely normal not to love every element of your initial design proposal—interior design is personal and subjective, and that's why the larger packages includes the opportunity for revisions. Your honest feedback is an essential part of the process and helps us refine the design to better reflect your style, needs, and lifestyle.

Every product we recommend is carefully selected with your budget, quality, functionality, durability, and overall design vision in mind. Our goal is to create a cohesive, timeless space that is not only beautiful but also practical for the way you live.

Each Pepperberry Interiors package is designed to solve a different type of design challenge — from styling the finishing touches through to rethinking how a room functions or creating a complete room design. Once your purchase is confirmed, you'll receive a welcome email with everything you need to get started. Depending on your package, this may include your design questionnaire, Client Agreement, Measurement & Photography Guide, and any instructions for booking a consultation.

Once I've received everything needed for your project, your design work can begin. From there, I'll work through your space and prepare the recommendations and design materials included in your chosen package, before delivering your completed design directly to you.

Once you';ve selected your package, you'll complete a short questionnaire to help me understand your space, style, needs and budget. Depending on the package, I may also ask for photos of your space, basic measurements and any inspiration you'd like to share.

Don't worry about having everything perfectly prepared - I'll guide you through what's needed, including simple instructions for taking photos and measurements.

The more helpful information you can provide, the better I can tailor your design to your home and how you live.

Absolutely! We love incorporating your existing furniture, artwork, and décor into your final design wherever possible. Whether it's a cherished heirloom or a favourite piece, we'll explore ways to make it work beautifully within your space.

This may involve refurbishing or updating the piece, designing around it, or blending styles to create a unique and personalised interior. It's a great way to add character to your home while making the most of your existing pieces and budget.
